3. Service Requests and Estimates

When you request a service through our Site or by phone, we will dispatch our nearest available licensed plumber to your area. All estimates provided are based on information you provide and may be revised upon the Plumber's on-site assessment. No work will begin without your explicit approval of the final estimate.

4. Payment

Payment terms are established directly between you and the Plumber. Prime Local Plumbing does not process payments for plumbing services. All payment disputes, refunds, or billing concerns should be addressed directly with the servicing Plumber. Estimates are binding only as stated in the written quote provided at the time of service.

5. Licensing and Insurance

All Plumbers in the Prime Local Plumbing team are required to hold a valid state plumbing license and carry appropriate liability insurance for the states in which they operate. However, we encourage you to verify licensing independently through your state's licensing board. Prime Local Plumbing makes no warranty regarding the licensing status of our professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Local Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or our services
  • Any work performed or not performed by our plumbers
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of this Site

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to the servicing Plumber for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
